These are from a walk on Beacon Hill, not when it was snowing. I love walking around Beacon Hill, lots of fun shops and beautiful streets.
We have a huge storm happening now. We are stuck inside. Good day to organize, clean and maybe watch a movie. Keep safe and warm if you live on the east coast.

As I am writing this we are having one of our first snowstorms of the year. Not too bad but enough to make the roads slippery and not so nice. Several month ago, I was wandering the Endicott Estate, Dedham and found what I think is a chestnut. I was intrigued by it's shape and how much it looked like some kind of animal. Spiky and funky

Winter has it charms but I love fall and savor all of it's days. I love taking walks and see all of the colorful leaves. The cool brisk air feels great. The walks can be taking a hike or just a stroll around my neighborhood. My neighborhood is called the Manor. At the bottom of the hill is a meadow with lots of subjects to photograph.

Around this time of year, I think of summer. Deep into the winter and at times very cold. January is always so blah in Boston. I can't wait for the Dedham Farmer's Market starts up again in June

As you may know I like vintage things. Several times a year, the Endicott Estate, Dedham will have a antique and vintage Auto show. This visit I concentrated on photographing the hood ornaments of these fun and classic cars. They are from a time gone by.
What is your favorite? I love the Airplane

I love wandering and photographing all the vintage things in all the fun shops of Winsmith Mills, Norwood. There is ever changing items and Many store to wander in. I could spend hours in this old tannery just checking everything out. If you are in the area you should go too.

Row 24 In Fort Channel, Boston, was a meet-up place for some friends of mine. I had wanted to try it and I love oysters. They had some great choices and wonderful service. The staff let us have a fun and a relaxing dinner. It was busy in there but they assured it was o.k. to linger over great drinks and food. I can't wait to go back to this restaurant

This is Mr Nobody, around 1600's and from China. These replicas may be based on this on a Dutch earthen ware. He has no body. It is so funky to see all of these earthen ware together in neat rows.

I loved this piece as well, It is an eagle, salmon cape by modern artists, Don and Trace Yoemans. The colors are so sumptuous.
