From Above, Barcelona

Daytime Fountain, Barcelona- These are the fountains that turn color at night and are called magic fountains. The spray from the water was very refreshing and a welcome treat when we had been sweating for about a week.

Eventually, we made it back during the day to visit the art museum above the fountains. The views are terrific and it was great to see the whole city from this spot.

Barcelona walks

At this time of year I think of how grateful I am for my friends and family. I am so grateful that I have a great camera and get to go on a trip every summer. I love wandering countrysides and cities.
It makes me happy

Funky streets, Barcelona

Barcelona is full of surprises with its old architecture, Modernist Architecture and truly modern buildings. Of course, Barcelona is known for Gaudi architecture.

You think this would all clash but it seems to work together. There is a street called the street of Discord with all different styles but is all seems to work.

Bits of Tarifa, Spain

When we arrived from Tangiers to Tarifa, Spain we took a fast walk to the Bus station so not much time to take any photos. I found some fun scenes

The Last, Tangiers, Morocco

After a good night sleep Aziz, our local Guide fed breakfast on his roof deck of his guesthouse. Delicious and filling and such a great view. Aziz took us on a walk before we got on our boat ride back to Spain.

The streets of the Kasbah are so narrow and it was funny to see the tiny vehicle going through the streets with such a big load (photo below) This trip was so different from everything I have ever experienced.

At Night II, Tangiers

Lots of people mostly men, work at night weaving and making things in tiny store fronts around the Kasbah. It was fun to see people doing all of working and creating.

At Night, Tangiers

We had a lovely dinner in Tangiers with our guide, after our guide took around the Kasbah at night. There are so many sights and sounds to experience. Our Guest house had two roof decks and made a great point to take photos of the city of the night. the view was so wonderful.

I have a hard time with night shots. I used a little lightroom and photoshop on these to make them better and give what it really looked like when I was taking the photos
