We took the bus from Amsterdam to Edam and the Edam cheese festival. This was a small quaint and historical town. I loved wandering down to the cheese festival. People were selling food and in period dress. It was fun watching cheese being carted around and weighed. More tomorrow....

Some of my last shots of Brussels. We had had a tasty lunch before boarding the train back to Amsterdam. It was a great trip to Belgium. Lots of photographs, food, and sights, not to matching a little peeing boy statue!

Our last morning in Brussels we visited, René Magritte Museum. Sadly, no photos allowed in the museum. The Museum to be part of a row of museums in Brussels. I loved the museum and had a great time seeing all of his work.
Lucky for me, we walked through a small chinatown on the way. I love Chinatowns! We were not in Brusssels long but we seemed to fit in quite a bit with lots of photos!

Les Crustaces - This restaurant was across from our hotel. Love the neon!
Langoustines, or Nowegian Lobster, these
guys are smaller than american lobsters but very tasty and a real treat
I ordered Lobster and it was very yummy. My lobster was soaked in butter. A bit decadent
Loved the dessert too. I hope you enjoyed this post on food in Brussels. It was a perfect night to sit outside and have our dinner.
