Now that I have a very fun-to-use macro lens. Ship models are much more fun. So much work goes into these creations and the Museum of Fine Arts has a nice collection. My husband likes them much more than I do.
This is the link for the models and art that are on display at the Museum

It snowed last night, it was a very wet snow. We didn't get tons of snow but, what we have has clung to everything. It looks beautiful. I never like big snow storms but, this was sweet.

Christmas Day! We had Lobster, Carrot soup, Steak with veggies and ended the night with pie and rum cake. It is also my Dad's birthday. The rum cake was for his birthday celebration. It was all very yummy. It was wonderful hanging out with family and friends. Dad and Genie had there very first christmas tree in all the years they have been together. It was pretty and a nice to added it to our family traditions

|From the Animal Rescue League website. How can you resist this?|
We adopted her on Thursday, last week. We have had her for about a week and there less hissing a growling. It all takes time. She is starting to get along with our cat, Milly.
Milly was also adopted at the Animal Rescue League. She bit me when I tried to hold her at the shelter. I took her home, anyway and she turned out to be a quirky, fun cat. She bites quite a bit less. She is a big love!

We lucked out with the weather last night. Dry and a bit warm. Mom and I arrived around 4:30pm in Boston. It was getting dark and our mission was to see light displays in downtown Boston and Faneuil Hall. The lighting is ramped up at Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall. They also flash with Holiday Pops music. It sounds tacky but, it was wonderful. It geared us up for our plans for the night. Seeing the Boston Pops.We had some dinner and then headed to our destination.
