Succulent Green

From my in-laws garden. We had a little memorial day get-together. I took a tour of my Mother-in-law's small but beautiful garden. She told me the fuzzy cactus is called Hens and Chicks. It look like a spider wrapped a web all around this plant. Kind of creppy/cool.
