Creativity Everywhere, Mudflat Studios

On a break from our Boston Handmade Annual Meeting, Arthur Halvorsen gave us a tour of the new Mudflat Building and his new studio he shares.

The building was the old Broadway Theatre and some of the details of the theatre were kept in tacked. I loved this homage to the history of the building. There is a lot of beautiful, natural light coming from the big windows and skylights. It is a huge change from the old digs. We had the pleasure of seeing Arthur's new work. His studio has a plastic Flamingo, watching over all the ceramics.
