Christmas Tilt Shift

I have been fooling around with a new toy I received from my hubby for Christmas. I now own a small hand held tilt shift camera from Photojojo. It is small, portable and I love the instagram effects and not to mention tilt shift. I have only done tilt shift effects through photoshop to mixed results. I will be having fun in the next few weeks taking photos with the camera and posting them. Look for more of my experiments.

Delicious

We finally made it to the new restaurant Trade in Boston. It is hard to get a reservation. We gave it a shot for lunch and viola we had at table.  I loved that trade uses so many local ingredients for drinks and food on the menu. The casual but, funky and fun decor was a great addition to the our lunch experience. We plan to go back and try some more of the menu.

Wing for Contemporary Art

Atmosphere

Yesterday, we made a trip to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. We hadn't visited the museum in quite some time. It was fun to see some of the changes and new exhibits. Of course, some things don't change, which is fine with me. The ceiling paintings in the museum rotunda are one of my favorites. The museum installed mirrors to look at them better. More tomorrow...

Wonderful

We had a wonderful turkey and ham dinner for Christmas. We spent the day with family and friends.

Happy Holidays

A pre-holiday dinner at Sandrine's with friends, Paul and Steph. I enjoy going to Sandrine's and this type of regional food from Alsace. Yummy and heartwarming!

We bought our tree at East Dedham Lumber this year. Some of the money goes to the Dedham Food Pantry. It was fun picking out our tree. I love it. I took a few shots of the lights at the lumber yard.

Tuesday Walk

Monday

Monday adventure! Started in Dedham, with the sheep at Blue Bunny then into Boston. The old baby carriage was placed at the old Savers store. Very random.
