The last two days have passed by so fast. Mom arrived yesterday, always fun. The rest of the day was running here and there to get things done for the Thanksgiving and holidays. It will be great to have a more restful Sunday. Yesterday, we did stop at some point for a sushi/bento box lunch. Yummy

Movie filming/Fashion, Boston

Another Movie being filmed in Boston. I think Jeff Bridges stars in it.I really like him as an actor.

I also, have had the pleasure to visit Boston quite a bit. Some fashion shots from Newbury Street and Downtown Boston. The mannequin with the headdress I am not sure about. It was downtown near the Movie site and very strange.

Workshop, Photos

These are from a photo workshop given by Lucie Wicker. Several members of Boston Handmade attended the workshop. Lucie provided all kinds of great supplies and advice. Then we went to town creating photo creations. We had fun using canvases, modpodge, our own and lucie's photos (second photo), funky scissors, and colorful scrapbooking paper. I have tried some of these techniques on my own with only limited success. Yesterday, I think I have mastered some techniques thanks to this workshop and Lucie's guidance.

Just Baby Ducky

Yesterday, These super cute baby ducks visited the Dedham Square Artist Guild Gallery. They kind of had the run of the place. They were so cute, I couldn't help but take tons of photos. The ducks seemed to like to jump on my knees. They also enjoyed looking at the art, like Cindy Mootz's Monotype. We we can think they liked the art.

Late Fall Bounty

From the Copley Farmer's Market. Boston was warm and sunny the day I went in to wander and get my haircut. With the time change the sun goes down much earlier. It is hard to get used too but, it makes for nice photograhing light.

Photo Show, Perks, Norwood

My new photo show up at the fun, coffee shop Perks Coffee House in Norwood center, 685 Washington St. Norwood, MA My show runs through December 4th. I decided to have a little fun with photoshop and go with a vintage theme. My photos are from Dedham, the Boston area and a few from my travels. Stop by and grab a cup of Coffee. Perks is a great meeting place, too.
