In Bloom

Some of the flowers are in full bloom and some are at the end but, all are beautiful. These are from my neighborhood.

The top two photos are the view from the restaurant Del Friscos. We had a yummy meal at the restaurant, including super delicious crab cakes. There is quite view of the harbor. There were no seats outside but, we had a great view from our table. It was a prefect night to eat on the harbor and walk around Boston.

Friday night, we decided to go out with friends, have a few drinks and some dinner. There really wasn't that much of a plan which, in a way was great. There were drinks at the Intercontinental Hotel along the water and then a walk along the harbor. I took some shots along the way. More tomorrow...

Young Creators

Last night, I stopped by Custom Art Framing and Gallery 9 gallery opening of the National Honor Societies, Norwood Chapter Art Show. I loved the work by these talented students. This was a good variety of drawing, sculpture, digital and photographic art. The reception was at 6pm and as soon as 6 rolled around, the gallery was filled with students and art lovers. I attended a little earlier, in hopes to get some good shots. The exhibit will be up for about a week. If you get a chance stop by.

Spring Forest

We finally have good enough weather to take a few hikes. We decided on Wilson Mountain today in Dedham. It was a bit muddy and a bit buggy but, a nice walk. The weather has been perfect! I always look for new things to photograph and my friend, Steph is patient with my photography taking.

Fog

Let's just say the weather in my area has been pretty gray and rainy. We did have the sun this weekend and I finally got to be in my yard, cutting grass, trimming and enjoying the outside. The fog does make for some good pictures, so that is a small bonus.

Steely Ants

This was fun. I was walking past the Zara windows which, are always a treat. The current theme was desert and metal ants. Not sure why but, I enjoyed photographing them.

Green

We have had so much rain this spring and in the past week. Everything is so green! I feel as though I have moss growing on me. I was in Boston and I walked past these ferns that were opening up. They reminded me of fiddleheads. I have eaten them, not bad but not my fav.

I found these on Wednesday morning. I was so thrilled. I have walked by this wall only several hundred times. Finally, something interesting! Have a great weekend

Mass Market this Saturday

Not real and some really good tacos

These are the last of my photos from California. I miss my friends in California and hopefully, I can go again next year. The first two shots are in Monterey. The last two are a quick shop shot on the way to some really good tacos. I really like California Mexican food, I was happy to have some several times on my trip.
