This is a product for hair loss I spotted as part of a display in a Chinatown merchant's window. I love the English translation. Jackie Chan looks so happy endorsing this product. He does have good hair.

Rain and More Rain

It has been non-stop rain for the last few days. I have a hard time not photographing whenever I go out. So I took a chance that I would get some o.k. photographs. Not bad but quickly taken. I went to see a fellow artist, Jaye of Thirteenth Story's work at Tremont 647 in the South End. It will be up for the next month. She has some really unique illustrations. The work looked terrific. After the art I met my friend for dinner at Silvertone. I was a bit wet so it was great to have some comfort food.

I had a little fun photographing these quirky window displays. I love walking around and looking in every store window. You never know what kind of fun things you will see or the unique reflections in the window.

Red, Chinatown

After our walk on Revere Beach we headed back into Boston for lunch. LIly was seeking a good vegetarian meal. We had time before my train back home to walk around Chinatown. As always, it is fun to photograph Chinatown with other people. Lily spotted and photographed subjects I had never thought of. I know Chinatown very well so it is nice to be a tour guide.

Revere Beach IIII, the Last

The last of the Revere Beach photos. I was so excited about this photowalk. It was a beautiful day and there were tons of subjects. I can't wait to go on another walk soon. I get to pick the place. I will be putting my thinking cap on.

I took a walk before I met Lily around the Rever Beach Subway Station. It was an interesting area. I love the white kitty in the shop window. She was a bit afraid of me but still curious on what I was doing.

Art @ Gallery 9

Custom Art Framing and Gallery 9 - The lovely owner Julie, has just rearranged her shop. She is going with a decorating trend of putting lots of art together on one wall. I have some new photographic work up along with the other paintings and artwork. I like the eclectic mix of art and this display really attracts my attention. I am excited to have some new work in her shop. If you are in the Norwood area, stop by.

Revere Beach II

I just loved this photowalk. It brought back childhood memories. We used to go to the arcades on Nantasket Beach when we were kids. Most of it is gone now. I love all the ice cream and fried food stands that are often along many of New England's coastal beaches. All bad-for-you food but tastes so good.

Saturday, I took a photowalk with my friend, Lily. She choose the location. A cool thing about Revere Beach it is right off the T and easy to walk too. It was so warm that day and pretty sunny. There were tons of people enjoying the great weather, walking their dogs, jogging, gathering to chit chat on a warm afternoon. I took lots of photos and will be posting them this week.

On St Patrick's Day I had taken a walk all around Boston before meeting my husband for lunch. It was fun to see people were still skating on such a warm day. It was actually perfect weather for doing something like this. Everyone looked pretty happy.

First Hike, Wilson Mt., Dedham

Our first hike of the season was on Thursday. It was such a beautiful day. The trail was muddy because of the crazy rain we have been having. The scenery was so pretty. The streams were really flowing which made for some nice photos.

Elegant, Boston

Boston has quirky and fun details but, also an elegant history. I love some of the old buildings Downtown, Back Bay, South End and other parts of the city. These sunny days have made it easy to get out and photograph. I love it.
