We had dinner over Paul and Steph's home on Saturday night. My husband, Jeff, made the filling for a Nepalese dumpling called
Momo. He choose lamb to be added to all the spices for the filling. It took some time to make these dumplings but, it was well worth the wait. Jeff also whipped up the
tomato achar, which is the flavorful sauce that accompanies the Momo. We had some fresh vegetable side dishes from our farm share to complete the meal.
