I took a walk around Norwood Center yesterday. I never noticed some of the details of the town. The town has a lovely gazebo in on the common and some cute little shops.
Coming home from Boston I spotted this moving train from my train. It really attracted my attention. I saturated the color a bit to look more like a painting.
I found these little dolls, recently. They were given to me years ago. My Grandmother had owned them. It was a nice surprise to find them. I love the little red shoes on the blond doll.
These are photos from my walk around the district. I was wasting some time before the train. This area is near South Station and full of lofts and some nice restaurants like Les Zygomates. (top Photo) I had time to stop and see my friend Michelle, she works there.
I was waiting for the train home at South Station in Boston. They have set up this village with two trains several weeks ago. It is a tradition I have always loved. Very sweet and fun
Even a horse can go shopping, well not really. I thought this was a funny shot. Many people gathered to see the horse. I think it brought some holiday cheer to Downtown Crossing, Boston
I met my friend, Susan, for lunch the other day at Plymouth Harbor. We ate lobster and fried clams at Wood's seafood. It was yummy and great to sit on the water
The other day I stopped by Anthropologie in Boston. They have some neat stuff there and I love there less than traditional windows. For some reason outside the store was this large Bird cage. I have taken a photo of the details of the cage (Top Photo). I didn't find anything to purchase but it was fun to look
We attended our friend, Jeff's annual karaoke/yankee swap party. He lives in the 11th floor overlooking the city of Haverhill, MA. The Karaoke was a blast with my husband and Jeff doing the the song "fight the power" by Public Enemy. The bottom photo is Jeff in the spirit of Flavor Flav.
