Dinner, Saturday Night

We went over to our friends Paul and Steph's house on Saturday night for dinner. Jeff made some great Lamb Meatballs. We also had cheese from my new favorite cheese shop, Boston Cheese Cellar in Roslindale Square. Lucky for us, Paul has discovered this cool little cheese shop. We had some great cheeses. The main dish of the night was Puerco Pibil. It is a slow roasted marinated pork dish made in banana leaves. It is very flavorful and great on a fall night. We have been inspired by the Director, Robert Rodriguez.

Shop, Jamaica Plain

While attending the JP open Studios we walked past this window. I just had to photograph it. I really loves the layers of this shop window.

Walk in the North End, Boston

I walked around the the North End of Boston the other day. It was beautiful out, sunny and warm. This is a very vibrant section of Boston. It has many restaurants, and shops. It has a lively vibe. This last photo is my niece's and nephew favorite pizza places, Pizzeria Regina. I have to say it is very good pizza and people will wait in long lines to get in. It is a North End landmark

September day

I took a ride over to Walpole/Westwood. MA, the other day. When I was a kid we used to go to Bubbling Brook for ice cream all the time. The have soft serve, too. I forgot how beautiful the area was. This farm was just gorgeous. I have been inspired by my friend Nancy's photos of landscapes on her blog. This place was so peaceful

John F. Kennedys, Boston

Chinatown, Boston, MA

These were taken in Chinatown, Boston the other day. I seemed to walk all over Chinatown. I think this last one is a little odd and hadn't seen it before. I have photographed Chinatown quite a bit, I tried to look at Chinatown with a new prospective. I usually photograph Chinatown shop windows but decided on murals and walls this time.
