We went over to our friends Paul and Steph's house on Saturday night for dinner. Jeff made some great Lamb Meatballs. We also had cheese from my new favorite cheese shop, Boston Cheese Cellar in Roslindale Square. Lucky for us, Paul has discovered this cool little cheese shop. We had some great cheeses. The main dish of the night was Puerco Pibil. It is a slow roasted marinated pork dish made in banana leaves. It is very flavorful and great on a fall night. We have been inspired by the Director, Robert Rodriguez.
